With careful due-diligence and preparation, we facilitate a safe semi-structured environment to talk together about unspoken divergent interests and outlooks and forge a strong working consensus. 

Our leadership training options include:

• A customized leadership and management development program constructed to fill your team's specific leadership or management gaps. Begins with needs assessment.

1. "The Foundational Challenge." A four-day intensive online course provides a suite of tools designed to overcome common pitfalls in collaborative problem-solving, handle complex problems, implement for short and long term success, and increase morale. 
2. Leadership Development Program that includes an in-person and/or online combination of flexible learning and live interactive application for your leadership team. Options for 12, 18, and 24-week programs to fit your available per-week time availability.
3. Adizes Executive Program. A 50-week journey with the Adizes Executive Program, which offers transformative leadership training through ten meticulously structured courses leveraging the unique Adizes Symbergetic™ Methodology. Learn with executives from all sectors from around the globe. Limited class size.

Meeting twice per month for three months, we train a group of your new managers together, to also build habits of mutual support, cross-silo collaboration, and using a more organization-wide perspective. Kickoff with a three-hour in-person (or online for remote staff) session followed by one-hour online sessions with real-time managerial assignments between sessions. 

Reframed Reality utilizes two distinct approaches to forge highly effective teams.

1. Adizes DC's "The Foundational Challenge" is a proven method that increases mutual trust and respect, productive conflict, and synergy in the course of accomplishing the team's pre-existing objectives. The unique Adizes Symbergetic Methodology is scalable throughout your organization.
2. Workshops and follow-up utilizing Wiley & Lencioni's "The Five Behaviors of Cohesive Team®" model, aimed at increasing trust, productive conflict, commitment, accountability, and results. 

RR offers the full suite of Wiley Everything DiSC® and Five Behaviors trainings. This includes assessment, training, and follow up for:

Medium or large organization? We'll provide Wiley train the trainer with DiSC Certification so that your L&D department need not depend on external trainers. Not even me. (Happy to remain as a trusted advisor.)
