"I can't do justice in describing it other than to say it spans awe and logic and love and practicality."

Integrating God into your business through Modal Leadership.
Successful leaders eventually ask, “What next?” Dr. Eliyahu Lotzar offers a response: operate from the most powerful possible perspective by working with God.
Replete with stories from CEOs and action steps to further you on your leadership adventure, Working With God guides you through ten operating modes that promote clarity, wisdom, agility, strength, information flow, and many other good things as you grow your relationship with God. Working with God is a way to increase the grace and fortitude of your leadership, access God's help to bring your organization into its prime, and embody elevated leadership for the good of all.
The book introduces the Modal Leadership method through which the practitioner increases their agility of thought and decision-making. The first six modes are for bringing God into your business as you handle the known. The last four modes are for engaging with the unknown as you -- if you choose -- bring yourself into God's business.

The book and its ten modes is the basis for faith-based Executive Coaching. This differs from the more traditional coaching listed as Formats One and Two on the Executive Coaching page of this website.
Dr. Lotzar provides two workshops on the WWG material, one integrating only the ten modes of leadership, and the other integrating God into leadership, operations, and work's regular challenges.
Modal Leadership: For teams where the interest is on improving leadership and operations without overtly involving God. See and manage your challenges -- whether managing rapid growth, teams or people that don't mesh well, stagnation, losing market relevance, team ennui/sluggishness, cash flow, or considering new initiatives -- through the lens of Modal Leadership. The modes are the core method of the Working With God, but God is not mentioned in this workshop. This is seeing and operating through a new and powerful lens.
Working With God: For faith-based leadership or operations teams looking for a way to improve their relationship with God so that God is given more room to guide, direct, support, and encourage as people and team ups its game. Involves prayer, Bible, learning and applying the ten modes of elevated leadership.
Join us in this faith-based cohort training program to embed the ten modes as your premier organizational leadership tool. During the training, you become adept at seeing situations through the ten modes. We work out your real-time leadership challenges together with other owners and executives while we all grow more deeply connected with God through work. The program includes monthly group sessions and individual coaching, with materials provided. Though the group is designed to be ongoing, the commitment is for nine months, during which the main lens is The Ten Modes of Elevated Leadership. Once use of the modes has become natural, we will include other leadership insights, techniques, speakers, etc. The group is facilitated by Dr. Lotzar (Eliyahu).
Working With God: The Ten Modes of Elevated Leadership is certified by the Authors Guild to be authored without the use of generative AI.
"This is a terrific book! Lotzar has a broad but solidly orthodox understanding of God and an equally broad and solid understanding of organizational culture. His vision of "Elevated Leadership" comes from deep in the heart and points us to the Source of quality leadership. His quotes from Scripture, military leaders, government heads and business CEOs testify to the broad applicability of his work. The case studies add clarity to his proposals, and the chapters on "Go" and "No" and when to say each are worth the price of the book alone. Highly recommend!"
